It was interesting to see the dedication to Brudenell White in Buangor, the town and cemetery Stan Watson passes as he arrives in Melbourne for Christmas 1976 at the second page of Watson’s Pier.  Lying in that cemetery was Brudenell White, architect of the evacuation from Gallipoli and Watson’s commanding officer leading up to the last moments of the campaign.
